It was a sad, sad St. Patrick's day when Dahlonega's Shenanigan's Irish Pub, a favorite of locals + tourists alike, caught fire in the early morning hours just a few days before the holiday. True to form, the citizens of Dahlonega rose to the occasion and within hours organized a fundraising event for the employees displaced by the fire.
